M and pleasantly surprised to find an exhibition of Jean Michel Basquiat at the Fondazione Bevilacqua officers when arriving at the 48th Venice Biennale of Art where he had my paintings. Philippe Dodard

P hilippe Dodard born in the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince in December 1954.
In 1970, started in art school "Poto-Mitan" under the direction of Jean-Claude Garoute, Patrick Vilaire and Frido Casimir. In 1973, Philippe Dodard studied at the Academy of Fine Arts, Port au Prince.
Five years later, in 1978, traveled scholarship to France, where he majored in Graphic Arts Education in School International Art Bordeaux.
