Born in Santa Clara, Las Villas in 1964 . Degree in History. Master in International Cultural Policy Arts and Management, editor; translator museologist. He did his undergraduate studies at the State University of Odessa in Ukraine, and the University of Havana. He was Senior Specialist for Europe at the International Relations Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Cuba. Worked for 10 years at the National Council of Cultural Heritage of Cuba, Editor of the Bulletin of that institution, editor of Letters from Cuba the birth of this publication. It was between 2002 and 2003 Masters in France with the University of Avignon, Strategy of Cultural Development Option International Cultural Policy and Management Arts in International Training Culture organized by the Maison des Cultures du Monde in Paris. Currently he is editor in chief of Press Cubarte.
